Before founding VRT, Raj spent nearly a decade at General Electric (GE), where he served as a Global Quality Leader, Senior Vice President and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. During his time at GE, he led large-scale business process improvement, initiatives and implemented Learn Six Sigma methodologies across global operations. He helped organizations improve quality, execution and operational performance through measurable, data-driven systems.
